Golden Arrow CEO

Mr. Norman John G. Cordoves

Is the proprietor of Golden Arrow Food Enterprises and the son of Norma and Juan Cordoves. Mr. Cordovez holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Philippines, Diliman. Additionally, he is an alumnus of the Asian Institute of Management's School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning.

Golden Arrow Food Enterprises has deep roots in the Filipino bakery tradition. From 1965 to 2003, several bakery branches operated under Johnny’s Bakery, serving local communities with freshly baked goods and classic Filipino flavors.

Building on this legacy, Golden Arrow Food Enterprises was established in 2008 in the heritage town of Liliw, Laguna. The company specializes in producing authentic Filipino delicacies, biscuits, and snack products that celebrate tradition, craftsmanship, and the rich flavors of the Philippines.

Our flagship brand, Sir Norman Baker, is widely available in major supermarket chains, leading department stores, popular pasalubong centers, and key tourist destinations nationwide, with a growing presence in international markets.

In May 2019, the company ventured into retail with “Got Bread?”, offering a variety of breads across the Philippines. The brand expanded with a branch in Clark Field Angels, Pampanga, serving call center offices and the local community.
